Clifford F. Ashley is an Associate Lecturer with Fitzgerald Health Education Associates, Inc., a national provider of NP Board Certification Preparation and ongoing continuing education for healthcare providers.
Mr. Ashley currently works in the exercise testing labs at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. He has a master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, where he taught as both a graduate assistant and part-time faculty member in their CAAHEP accredited Athletic Training Education program. He is the former Head Athletic Trainer and teacher of Anatomy and Physiology at Berkshire School, a Co-ed preparatory school in Sheffield, MA, where he worked for eight years.
In addition to his experience working with the athletes at Berkshire School, Mr. Ashley has worked for the Boston Bruins, the Florida Marlins in their minor league systems, and the United States Women’s Rugby Team. He was the athletic trainer for the NCAA Championship Baseball Team at the University of Southern Maine in 1991.
Mr. Ashley has presented workshops in collaboration with other FHEA associates on the topics of Expert Exam of the Knee, Expert Exam of the Shoulder, Splinting: Upper and Lower Extremities and Lower Back Orthopedic Examination at Fitzgerald Health Education Associates, Inc. Clinical Skills Workshop seminars held several times per year around the country. He has presented at several national NP conferences.
