Pneumonia is a common diagnosis in the acute care setting. Acute care NPs are responsible for treating both community-acquired pneumonia along with healthcare-associated forms of pneumonia. Dr. Angelow will review and analyze common pathogens and current ATS/IDSA guidelines on pneumonia treatment for acute care NPs.
