Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: March 16, 2020

We're committed to your safety

Like many of you, we're closely monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our nation. The safety of our students, instructors and employees remains our top priority.

We understand that there may be concerns regarding our in-person classes and, like so many other businesses and universities, we are having to make difficult decisions to ensure the safety of our communities.

Live courses will shift to Live Online courses through May 16, 2020

Due to the current CDC recommendation to cancel or postpone all events with over 50 people for 8 weeks. We have decided to change all of our Live in-person courses through May 16th to Live Online courses using a video conferencing tool called Zoom.

We will continue to monitor the situation and address future courses in a timely manner. You can find more information about Zoom below and we will send direct communication via email to all impacted attendees in a timely manner.

Live online courses are a “great alternative” to Live courses

Thanks to improved technology, many Universities and training facilities use Live Online formats to teach remotely. While we love hosting our students in live settings, these are a great alternative and will provide you with all the insight and knowledge you have come to expect from us.

If you like the interactive feel of a classroom setting, our live online course will feel similar. There is a live instructor and class moderator where you can interact and connect with others while you learn.

If you prefer to learn at your own pace and on-the go, we also offer online courses. Online courses can be taken anytime, anywhere, on any device with an internet connection. Please see the outline of alternative course options below.

Do I have to be tech savvy to take a Live Online course?

Our courses are designed to streamline your user experience from start to finish. All you need to get started is Internet and a computer or iPad with Adobe Flash player. When you register for a webinar, you'll receive an email with login instructions. On the day of the webinar, all you have to do is click the link, join and enjoy.

I enjoy the interactivity of classroom learning. Will I have any discussions with students or instructors in a webinar course?

There's plenty of interaction in a live webinar. You can ask the instructor questions in real time. Plus, the webinar moderator will always be on hand to help with technical questions or connection issues

Do I have to have a webcam for this live online course?

No, you will not appear on camera during the class.
