Georgia Agganis, DNP, CPNP-PC, is Fitzgerald Health Education Associates (FHEA) faculty member. She is a certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Dr. Agganis presents the Fitzgerald Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Review & Advanced Practice Update. She is currently practicing at Pediatrics West in Westford MA, where she provides primary and acute care from newborn age to young adulthood. Dr. Agganis is an adjunct faculty associate professor at Simmons University, where she teaches clinical decision making, and Regis College, where she teaches pediatric primary care of the child. She is also an affiliate associated professor at Northeastern University.
Dr. Agganis received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and her Master’s in Nursing from Northeastern University. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Northeastern University.
Dr. Agganis has presented on adolescent care and pregnancy/STI prevention and pediatric primary, acute, and chronic care. She is also fluent in Greek. Dr. Agganis is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
