All purchases will appear automatically in the “My Courses” tab of your dashboard. When you’re ready to get started, click the “Open Course” button on the right of each course. You’ll be able to track your progress in the bar at the bottom of your screen.
Once you’ve viewed the course material, received a passing score of 70% or higher on the posttest (note: testing attempts are unlimited), and complete a course evaluation, you’ll be able to view, download and print your certificate. We’ll also email you a copy of your certificate.
