How do I request a transfer, refund, or cancellation?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 24 hours of completion for a full refund or discount toward future courses. There is no cash value associated with future discounts and all future discounts or credit memos expire if not used within six months of issuance.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you purchased items as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Materials for which you have already received continuing education credit cannot be refunded.


  • Refunds cannot be issued for purchases older than 6 months from the initial order date. When appropriate, we will issue credits or make other accommodations, such as transferring to another program.
  • Refunds for Returned Physical Products. Will be issued for products in sellable conditions. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.


  • Upon contact, action will be taken within 5 business days.
  • Requests Received at least 8 Weeks or Prior to the Start Date. Can receive a full refund or transfer on a space available basis. No fees will be charged.
  • Requests Received Less than 8 Weeks Prior to the Start Date. Fitzgerald will transfer the registration to the online version of the course. A processing fee of $25 may apply. No refunds will be issued.


  • Upon customer request within five business days of the last day of the live seminar, Fitzgerald will schedule the customer for the portion of the online version of the missed seminar (subject to availability). A processing fee of $25 may apply. No refunds will be issued.
