How do I request a refund or cancellation?

Online courses

Starting from the date of purchase, customers have 30 days to request a refund.

 

Livestream

Customers must request a refund within 24 hours from the first day of the Livestream course to receive a refund.

Livestream customers who do not attend their scheduled class will not receive a refund.

Customers can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.

 

Live CE Course

Customers have until 3 days prior to class start to request a refund.

Classroom customers who do not attend their scheduled class will not receive a refund.

Customers can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.

 

All modalities

If a course is completed, it does not qualify for a refund.

If the student purchased a membership or package and completed at least one for-credit course, a refund is no longer available for the entire membership or package.

Textbooks, manuals, suture kits, MP3 and shipping are non-refundable. All refunds will be less the retail price of any included textbooks and manuals.
