What do I do if there is an error on my certificate?

Our Customer Service Team can assist you via phone or email! Our site is equipped with a “Contact Us” option under “Resources” at the bottom of our home screen

From here, you will have the option to check our FAQs, or select a method of contact. You can alert us of the error on your certificate via email or phone. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your email request. We can also be reached Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern, at 1-800-927-5380.
