Margaret Salinas is a nurse practitioner and medical writer/editor.  She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of New Hampshire, and PhD from Marquette University. Her research interests include promoting healthy neighborhoods to combat loneliness, online data collection, nurse practitioner practice, and provider education. She loves patient stories and bedside medicine and feels privileged to see patients in the urgent care setting where every day is full of surprises.
