The Virtual Classroom Classes:
Your certificate of completion will be posted directly to your student account after you have submitted the course evaluation form.
However, some states have additional requirements (affidavits, state specific evaluations, proctored examinations).
In these instances, your certificate will not be posted to your student account until the additional requirements have been met.
Additionally, some states require an original signature on your certificates. In these instances your certificate will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days.
Live Classes:
All certificates will be sent via Email.
If you would like to request additional certificates for Live Seminars,

Rush service options (including UPS Overnight for an additional $20 fee per course) are available on the enrollment form or
by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at 800-927-5380. Overnight services do not include Saturday Delivery.

Series Qualification Exam Prep Course Re-Take Policy/Live Classroom
After successfully completing an STC exam prep course inclusive of live classroom enrollment, if the student does
not obtain a passing grade on the related exam, that student may re-take the same series class, at any open enrollment live
classroom location, pending availability, at no additional charge, for as many times as may be necessary as long as the re-take
class is completed within one year of the original purchase. Pre-registration is required in all instances.

Virtual classes are available for one time participation only. If a student would like to re-take a virtual class, he or she should
contact the nearest STC office to re-register. Each virtual class re-registration is subject to a Retake Fee. Any virtual class student
who has not obtained a passing grade on the related series exam may attend any open enrollment at a live classroom location for the same
series at no additional charge as long as the retake class is completed within one year of the original purchase. Pre-registration is required
in all instances.

You will have 180 days (approximately 6 months) from the date you begin a course, or until the course expiration date (whichever comes first) to complete your online content. After 180 days, if the course expiration date has not passed, customer service can extend the course by 3 months to allow you to complete. Once the course expiration date is passed, credit can no longer be awarded for completing the course.
Exceptions to the above rule include webinars where the exam must be completed on the same day the webinar takes place.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Course Hard Copy: If a printed copy of a course is available, orders placed
Prior to 12 PM Eastern M-F are shipped the same day.
After 12 PM Eastern M-F are shipped the next business day.
Sat., Sun., or Colibri Office Holidays are shipped the next business day.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS
Refunds cannot be issued for purchases older than 30 days from the initial order date. When appropriate, we will issue or make other accommodation, such as exchanging for another course.
Refunds for Hard Copy Courses. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. If you opt for a refund of a course that came with a hard copy, you do not need to return the book.
Note about Credit Hours. It is the student’s responsibility to not use the hours for a course more than once in a licensing/renewal term. If your state prohibits licensees from receiving credit for the same course more than once over multiple cycles, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure the same course is not repeated to earn credit hours.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR CERTIFICATE. The name of the purchaser of the course will appear on the certificate awarded after successful completion of a course. This information cannot be changed after completion, so be sure your name and license number are accurate.

LIVE/LIVESTREAM SEMINAR CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS
Upon contact, action will be taken within 5 business days.
Requests Received at least 8 Weeks or Prior to the Start Date. Can receive a full refund or transfer on a space available basis. No fees will be charged.
Requests Received Less than 8 Weeks Prior to the Start Date. Fitzgerald will transfer the registration to the online version of the course. A processing fee of $25 may apply. No refunds will be issued.
Note about Contact Hours (CH). It is the customer’s responsibility to not use the CH for a product more than once in a licensing/renewal term.
