  • How do I reschedule my class?

  • How do packages work?

    Like individual courses, your package will be automatically added to the “My Courses” tab of your dashboard as soon as you complete your purchase. From there you’ll be able to access each individual course and complete it at your own pace. More

    All purchases will appear automatically in the “My Courses” tab of your dashboard. When you’re ready to get started, click the “Open Course” button on the right of each course.   • Do I need to take the entire course in one sitting?

    You can read the material at your leisure, our system will save your progress automatically. If you exit during an exam, you will be able to continue from the question you left off. More

    If you opened your course and got a message that you cannot complete your course because the course has expired, it is most likely that the course is inactive on your account. You have 6 months from the time you open your course to complete the course. More
