Why is my certificate locked?

You will know your certificate is locked when there is a lock icon next to the certificate link in your course dashboard. Your certificate will be locked by default until the course is 100% complete. However, there are scenarios when your certificate will remain locked even after the course is finished. To uncover the reason, click “More Info.”

When a certificate is locked, it is typically for the following reason::

  • The required survey is not completed.
    • Click the “Online Survey” button on the course card and submit the survey. Once completed, your certificate should unlock.
